BUT: no clearly defined uniform regulations for use in earthworks

 

 

Goal

 

Clear regulations defining the handling of recycled building materials and industrial by-products in earthworks.

Consideration of structural and environmental aspects.

Facilitation and promotion of material recycling in earthworks.
