Dr.-Ing. Max Weißbach has been awarded the Willy-Hager Award 2019 for his dissertation entitled “Technical implementation and development of control strategies for the integration of the Coupled Aerobic-anoxic Nitrous Decomposition Operation (CANDO) into wastewater treatment schemes for simultaneous nitrogen removal and energy recovery from nitrogen”.
