Internationalization has become one of the strengths of our Chair. Academic staff from all over the world forms our team. This internationality provides us with international experiences, which are used for the training of our students and to clarify open research questions.
The great thing is that from the coming Winter Semester (2024/25) the Chair of Hydrogeology (TUM-HYD) offers a new Master program, which is directly related to the most important challenges in modern Hydrogeology, impact of Climate Change on Groundwater Ressources, improvement of Groundwater Quality in terms of organic and inorganic contaminats and Geothermal Groundwater Use .
The new international Master programm is based on 4 Field of Studies (FoS), Hydrogeology, Landslide, Engineering Geology, and Geothermal Technologies), of which 2 FoS must be selected for the Master's degree at TU (e.g. Hydrogeology & Geothermal Technology). The TUM-HYD team would be thrilled to welcome you at the Chair!
